Store Policies and Other Info

IMPORTANT: I am not responsible for support on a product once it’s been modified by the buyer.


BUSINESS HOURS. I do not respond to customer service issues after the hour of 6pm SLT. If you have an issue that needs attention, please send me a NC and I’ll get back with you the next day. (I have a life outside of my store too you know!)


NO REFUNDS. The ONLY exception would be double purchases of “copy” items. If this happens, please drop me a notecard with your name and transaction information, including date of purchase.


Custom Requests. If time allows, I will take custom orders or modification requests (within reason) for my items. Please drop me a notecard with all the pertinent info and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.


I GO AFK A LOT. Just because I’m online doesn’t always mean I’m here and sometimes I’m here but working or busy with other things. Also, please be advised that sometimes due to crashes or me being in “busy” mode, I may lose your IM or NC. If you don’t hear from me in a timely manner, please be patient and try again.
